ATOMIC selector is now a live runtime projection, not just an intake report.

This page is the control-first, text-first landing zone for the architect ratchet. It preserves MENU, INGEST, DBIA, and DBIA_FS, and adds ATOMIC as a deterministic vendor / manufacturer / device / manual projection compiled from the current landed telephone-entry seed artifacts.
