Founder Surface

Keyword-triggered artifact search, tap logging, and transport correlation.

Every keyword search and every artifact tap writes canonical JSON state into dbia/indexes and emits an ASCII report into dbia/reports. This is the staging surface for telnet lanes, serial inventory, RTL-SDR heuristics, telephone-entry manual seeds, and future Logic Apps/Azurite mirroring.

Deterministic local bridge from G:\My Drive for mylocalalarmguy519@gmail.com into D:\PLi-OS\ingest\hot\development without SSH. Sync uses the same DB.ia ingest path and the same canonical landing rules.
